MEET THE THERAPIST
Gregory is a massage therapy graduate, obtaining his diploma from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek, and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
If you are seeking relief from sore muscles due to sports injuries, acute or chronic injuries, during your sessions, Greg will apply various modalities he has learned in the field. This could include General Swedish Massage techniques such as fascial work, origin and insertion technique, trigger point therapy, as well as Non-Swedish Massage techniques such as soft tissue release, joint play, stretching and strengthening exercises.
Also an experienced Personal Fitness Trainer, Greg has taken courses in Reiki, meditation and other body-work modalities. He enjoys expanding his knowledge, attending new courses, upgrading his skills, and adding new tools and techniques into his sessions, all to better adapt his methods of treatments to the clients individual needs.
